The questions in the poker world are all in a whirl over the latest developments from Full Tilt Poker.  The site, which hasnt been able to actually offer real money poker since the AGCC (Alderney Gambling Controlmission) suspended their license when they experienced problems paying out on players accounts.  Now the situation has be even worse with the US Attorneys office declaring the online poker room a ponzi scheme and taking steps to seize the bank accounts of Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, and Rafe Furst.  Tom Dwan has said hes worried that he may have to pay back money he made as a profession poker player for Full Tilt, and itse to light that Phil Ivey may have borrowed as much as $10 million from the poker room and may still owe them $6 million. 

Now, its still debatable as to whether the poker room did anything legal wrong and the Ponzi scheme charge seems to have been used mainly to gain the medias attention.  Now, theres no doubt that Full Tilt made some very bad decisions when it came to money. And

It will not have passed you by that we arrived into 2012 a few days ago and many of us have now ambled into our offices full of Christmas and New Year stories to with our colleagues! The week is coming to an end and we now have come to the realisation that contrary to our wishes Father Christmas has not cleared our desk of all the things we failed to do before the festive season arrived at our door so he really doesnt exist then?

If you are like me, you didnt actually switch off from the tasks at hand that you knew were awaiting you on your return, but the break did give us all a moment to reflect on what requires our immediate attention, the things we should have addressed but didnt during 2011 and what we were going to do about them!
